HER JOURNEY

Leadership

With extensive experience across theatre, education, and live productions, Raëll Padamsee has emerged as one of India’s leading voices in creative education and theatre-based transformation.

Under her leadership, ACE Productions has evolved into a pioneering platform where performance meets personality development—impacting thousands of children, young adults, schools, and communities across Mumbai.

Her ability to blend storytelling with confidence-building has made ACE not just a theatre academy, but a life-shaping institution.

Her Vision

Raëll Padamsee represents a rare blend of legacy and reinvention — carrying forward a rich theatrical heritage while reimagining it for a new generation. A generation where creativity meets purpose, confidence meets compassion, and performance becomes a pathway to identity, leadership, and impact.

She believes theatre has the power not only to entertain, but to transform lives, shape perspectives, and build stronger communities.

Over the years, she has taken acclaimed Indian productions such as Broken Images, Anything But Love, and several others to international audiences who have celebrated and embraced Indian storytelling and performance. At the same time, she has brought globally renowned acts and artists to India — including The Tribute Band to ABBA, acclaimed mentalist Lior Suchard, and Roy Zaltsman — creating world-class cultural and theatrical experiences for Indian audiences.

Her larger vision is to place Indian theatre and live entertainment firmly on the global map while continuing to create meaningful experiences rooted in storytelling, creativity, human connection, and transformation.

For her, the stage is not about perfection.
It is about courage. Presence. Authenticity. Expression.

BEYOND THEATRE

Using The Arts To Create Real Change.

As Founder of the CREATE Foundation, Raëll Padamsee has taken the transformative power of the arts far beyond the stage — using theatre, dialogue, and creative learning as tools for empowerment, awareness, education, and social change across Mumbai.

Her work spans:

  • Life-skills education for children from marginalized communities and challenged backgrounds

  • Gender sensitization programmes

  • Theatre interventions in underserved communities and bastis

  • Women’s empowerment and rehabilitation initiatives

  • Senior citizen engagement through art, dance and drama therapy

  • Inclusive productions promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

From creating gender-sensitive futures through experiential learning in schools…
to life-skills programmes designed to build communication, confidence, awareness, and employability — helping children break the cycle of poverty through exposure, education, and opportunity…
to theatre interventions in bastis that open conversations around equality, domestic violence, dignity, and respect…
to amplifying the 103 Women & Child Safety Helpline alongside the Mumbai Police and Nirbhaya Squad…
to supporting women in shelter homes through vocational training, communication skills, confidence-building, and mental health support…
to bringing children and young adults from marginalized communities and differently abled backgrounds onto the very same professional stage as mainstream students…

Raëll continues to prove that the arts are not just a form of expression.
They are a force for healing. A platform for inclusion. A voice for the unheard. And a catalyst for lasting social transformation.
